By accessing or using UNIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including Super Admins, Company Admins, and Property Managers.
UNIQ is a mobile-first property inspection and management platform designed for on-site property management staff. The Service enables users to conduct inspections (Move-Out, Routine, Due Diligence, Vacant Unit, and Work Order), track appliances and serial numbers, capture inspection photos and video walkthroughs, and generate damage reports and work orders.
Access to UNIQ is granted through one-time passcode (OTP) authentication tied to a verified email address or phone number. You are responsible for:
Accounts are provisioned and managed by Company Admins within your organisation. UNIQ does not offer self-registration; account creation is controlled by your company's administrator.
UNIQ operates a three-tier role system:
You agree to use the Service only within the scope of the role assigned to you and not to attempt to access features or data beyond your permission level.

All inspection records, photographs (including appliance serial-number photos), video walkthroughs, appliance data, damage reports, and other content uploaded through UNIQ belong to the company account under which they were created. Individual users do not retain ownership of company data upon termination of their access. UNIQ does not claim ownership over your company's data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. UNIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. In no event shall UNIQ's total liability exceed the amount paid by your organisation in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Company Admins of material changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which UNIQ's operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

UNIQ ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the personal information of users who access the Service on behalf of their employers. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

All third-party service providers are contractually obligated to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
We retain inspection records, photos, and appliance data for as long as your company account is active. When a company account is closed, data is retained for a minimum of 30 days to allow export, after which it is securely deleted unless legal obligations require longer retention. Individual user accounts deactivated by a Company Admin are anonymised within 90 days.
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure credential handling, and role-based access controls that limit data visibility to authorised personnel only.

The UNIQ mobile application does not use tracking cookies. We use secure local storage on your device solely to maintain your authenticated session and cache essential app data for offline use.
UNIQ is intended for professional use by adults employed in property management roles. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
