Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with full access — no payment needed. After the trial, you stay on the free plan (1 unit) until you choose to upgrade.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is always safe. Over-limit units become read-only — you can view history and photos, but cannot start new inspections or edit appliances until you upgrade again.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you cancel, your paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
How does the app pick up my new plan after paying?
Automatically. Once payment is confirmed, the UNIQ app refreshes your plan on its next sync — usually within seconds. No manual steps needed.
How are units counted?
Each rental unit counts as one. Properties are not counted — you can have as many properties as you like on any plan. Only units within those properties count toward your limit.
